Excellent song written by Brian. The energy in this song is fantastic and Freddie is really putting it all in there even though he is already pretty sick. I agree with 25shedan that you should react to Brian's performance of Too Much Love Will Kill You.

I'm 70 and loved Queen from the mid '70s on. So glad to see they are appreciated by other generations. So when you see a senior walking down the street, remember we were a lot cooler than you think and a lot luckier to see live performances.

You are a real Queen fan! For another lovely '70s song Brian wrote 'Teo Torriatte (Let Us Cling Together)" Official Lyrics Video for their fans in Japan. They included some Japanese lyrics (anime fan that you are) & the song was actually used by Japan in their opening ceremonies at the Tokyo Olympics last year.

This song was used in the Grubhub commercials for a while. Brian May is not only a wizard on the guitar, and a poet with lyrics, but has a beautiful singing voice! Great job! Freddie said he didn’t want to do videos that destroyed the fans own idea of what the song was about. Luckily they were good enough to just record themselves playing the song. Their video of Bohemian Rhapsody helped their album sells so other bands began making videos. That’s how MTV and VH1 were created - because Queen decided to make a film of Bo Rap. Amazing.

a song is only as good as its singer. This song is great. I do wonder though if the Queen Songs would have been such hits without Freddie Mercury's interpretation. Let's not kid ourselves, no matter who sings Queen Songs, they immediately have the original in mind, which is probably also the reason why the original version is always chosen/played with "Best of".

Queen is so unique in do many ways. My favorite of all time. Every song is different, and they always put 150% in every song. IN MY DEFENSE is one I think you will really like, and any song with Freddie and Monserrat Cabelle is a masterpiece. Such as Barcelona and Guide me home, and Ensuela .

Lost for words. You nailed it on the head that it is a complete song and harks but to their live days which is exact;y what they wanted to emulate back then. They had a great team behind them for film videos for their songs. Look up the 'Torpedo twins' who worked with Queen for the video productions especially in the later years. The main man behind this video is David Mallet who was famed for his big studio productions for many other major artists, so no doubt it was a big set for this and it shows. Really is Queen at its finest visually and artistically. One of their very best songs in my world.

I Want It All was written by Brian for the album The Miracle (1989). It was released as a single and its b-side was Hang On In There (written by Queen). The meaning it's not so clear. Apparently it could be about Brian's conflicted feelings after his breakup with his wife and his new relationship with Anita Dobson, however I read somewhere that it was just about the fact that his new partner would want him to buy a lot of things, I'm not sure where I heard it nor if it's real.
