Happy belated birthday to SuMetal!🥳🎂🎁 I was waiting for this a couple of days ago, or yesterday for your Foxhole Friday. Anyway nice to see you're back with more BM songs and another SuMetal solo. You got it right with the pronunciation, it can be tricky since is an Italian word that is similar to Spanish word "amor", which means the same.❤️ This was another live premiere at Wembley Arena 2016 along with GJ! and Meta Taro. I love every SuMetal solo, this one is a beautiful power/speed metal ballad like Akatsuki from 1st album, some fans believe is tied to that song, and it makes sense if you pay attention to the lyrics at the end, it was a live premiere for lucky UK fans. Amore means "love" in Italian. Our queen finally reach some love after all. This song got another sub-title in Japanese "Ao boshi" which means blue star, hence the relationship with Akatsuki (red/crimson moon). You can also see the wings which is a reference to old BM official logo but also comes from SuMetal previous group "Karen Girl's". The old BM logo got the skull for YuiMetal and the heart for MoaMetal, another reference from Sakura Gakuin previous main group; the new logo doesn't have the skull and the heart anymore, also there's only three feather in the wings. Of course BOH doing some magic with his finger and that bass solo, insane.🔥 The rest of the Kami Band here are pretty much the usual members such Hideki Aoyama on drums, Takayoshi Ohmura and Mikio Fujioka (R.I.P.) on guitars. Great reaction. There isn't much in it, but I think 'Amore' is probably my favourite of Su-metal's solo songs (BOH's bass solo swings it) - and this Wembley performance may be the best performance of the song to date. Happy birthday for a couple of days ago to Su-metal, merry Christmas EMP.🎅

This footage had Mikio Fujioka (RIP) and Takayoshi Ohmura on guitars. And of course Hideki Aoyama on drums. The studio track had Kami Band guitarist Leda Cygnus playing both guitars and bass. He's the only Kami Band member known to have participated in the studio recordings. Apparently, Koba brings in studio musicians as needed on a song by song basis.

That bass player is off the scale. WOW.

I love the Wemblwy Arena concert and always get goosebumps when i see Mikio perform. RIP Mikio, guitar-god! And YES, the Kami band is SICK, the eastern and the western one. Great reaction, thanks! "Amore" is actually one of my favorite songs, underrated in my opinion. And probably eclipsed by "Akatsuki" (pun intended, it's been a while since the last time, haha...). Totally in my alley musically: power/speed metal, with beautiful melodies, some crazy drumming and THAT bass solo by BOH. Am I missing something? Oh yes, Su-metal's amazing vocals as always. This was the song's live premiere at SSE Arena Wembley in London on April 2nd 2016. And this time they gave her some bright lyrics unlike the rest of her solos where she's dealing with the memories of a lost love, chased by a dark entity in a recurring nightmare or getting her heart filled by an endless rain forever. So glad you did this song and this version-yes it's a compilation, but what a compilation! Everything about this just explodes with energy and passion. The Kami band has never sounded better and Su's vocals-my god-what can you say? Her voice is truly something unique and special, Haunting even. Loved the genuine, honest excitement and energy you brought to this reaction. You couldn't have done a better reaction to end your year on. Loved every second of it. And loved that I felt like I was vicariously getting to share my love of this song with someone who felt exactly the same.

Nice reaction. Power ballad done right. Amore needs more love. Folks always seems to have to be deep into the foxhole before they come across this song. They need to perform this again and again. Mostly so Moa and Momo can recover from those deep headbangs they did with BMTH. Happy birthday SU-METAL.
