鸡肉有土味儿,做好的确不易。相信如果,请客菜,这么做应该不错。但的确,感觉油腻,像四川菜的油腻。谢谢分享❤

本來不去寫什麽了, 但是看了下面的留言后, 感覺有些人不太厚道,. 總的來看她的做法還是很不錯的, 相信味道也是非常好的, 雖然在細節上還可以更加仔細一點, 如是否應該把生薑去皮了? 是否可以把鷄腿放入一個盤子裏蒸? 但是這些細節都不會影響到鷄腿的味道與質量, 爲此我還是爲她點贊一下,也希望大家能夠理性的評論他人的辛苦付出. 建議以後在拍攝視頻的時候把指甲拿掉, 這樣看起來比較真實.

Thanks for sharing your yummy chicken legs recipe but too bad you wasted all the chicken essence from the chicken, arrange them on a plate then steam, you will surprise how much essence you will collect in the plate !!

This is my new favorite kitchen tool! Day 1 I was going to pressure cook a meat kzfaq.infoUgkxG-7WiT7ocumjytOpHDFt632PL0pxXRAg and potato stew, decided I wouldn't eat it that night so I went with a slow cook so I could go to bed and put it away in the morning. I love that versatility! The sauté feature works great and adds tons of extra flavor to dishes, and I can easily sizzle meats in the bottom then deglaze for some restaurant worthy flavors.Big bonus - you can cook a whole frozen chicken in about 2 hours. Amazing! I've seen a couple videos, haven't tried it yet, but I will soon!

In terms of dealing with native bacteria, washing chicken doesn't give any advantage over cooking it straightaway. On the downside, it tends to spread the bacteria all over your kitchen. The standard advice nowadays is not to wash meat.

I don't understand. You take all time to marinate the chicken. Then you soak it in cold water which surely takes the taste away. And then you put so much sauce on it that there is no way you could taste the marinate of the chicken. Wouldn't it be better to just steam the chicken and go from there?

不错。在抖音上看到有类似视频,我觉得没有这类视频靠谱,常夸张,还画蛇添足说什么用长江水,公鸡蛋等无聊的话。唯一的意见是为什么不一开始就去掉骨头?容易熟,而且骨头里的血有腥味。

In all chinese channels , when ever involved chicken ( the lower parts) all they call them "chicken legs" , remember , remember all dialogues are in english , then shouldn't speak CHIENGLISH , they are chicken DRUMSTICKS , not legs !
