This is proof that Uma HAS, in fact, remained friends with Quentin POST- Kill Bill. As this interview is from 2014, and they finished Kill Bill in 2003. Also Uma clarified her comments about the car scene/the crash, and she said that Quentin actually helped get her the footage she needed, unlike the producers and the studio etc.

KBDollar That's good. Though Quentin may seem like a mad man, a Joker, but he is really an artist's who goes to lengths to give a fine piece of work.

Darth Globe He also has a lot of respect for the actors he works with. There’s a reason why so many actors constantly work with him. Michael Madsen, Christoph Waltz, Samuel L Jackson, Tim Roth, Kurt Russell, Uma Thurman. The list goes on and on.

@@BCS1105 He clearly has huge respect and empathy for the acting world. This is exemplified by his remembrance of the best roles played by once great stars. He doesn’t fully buy into the studio systems handling of ‘stars’; one minute they’re untouchable, then just as quickly washed up

She is a phenomenal actress. She kicked so much ass in those Kill Bill movies I have to give her mad props. Pulp Fiction awesome job. Just an all-around fantastic actress and I wonder where she went.

She still does some stuff every now and again and she’s always great in what she does. I think she just kind of sits on the sidelines until something that interests her comes up.
