Charlie Hopkinson is a comedic impressionist, impersonator, voice guy, whatever you want to call it who specialises in voices from current television shows and films. His standup is a character act about a retired maths teacher, his standup set includes impressions of Sir David Attenborough, Robin Williams, Morgan Freeman, Liam Neeson, Peaky Blinders, Tommy and Arthur Shelby and Gandalf from Lord of the Rings.
Always looking to update my roster I look to try out subscriber suggested impressions in the impressions challenge series before honing the best ones. Recently I have added Peaky Blinders and Marvel / Avengers characters to my arsenal!

I started learning impressions in 2012, at the age of 20. You can follow my full impressions journey in my new ‘How to do impressions’ tutorial series
After graduating from the University of Warwick in the summer 2013 he took 4 months out to concentrate on KZfaq videos full time, including producing his most viewed video to date ‘Morgan Freeman and 40 other impressions’ with just over 12 million views. This foray into being a ‘full time KZfaqr’ was cut short as he went travelling for 3 months before starting a 2 year teaching Graduate scheme with Charity ‘Teach First’.
While teaching he has performed in and narrated the 4 episode series ‘Lookalikes’ as Morgan Freeman. The show and the narration received a positive reception. The show aired on Channel 4 during the prime time slot of Friday 10pm for three weeks. It is now currently available on Netflix. Charlie also performed with other well known impressionists for an unaired pilot.
Charlie has worked for several prominent brands in relation to their products, including google and formula 1.
Since the summer of 2016 Charlie has once again dived into the world of KZfaq, for the first time producing content on a weekly basis. He is also focusing on live performance; he has performed in live venues a total of 3 times to date.

What i cannot fathom is she gives Dave Filoni a free hand and unlimited money but he cannot write dialogue, his character development is non existent and the plot lines, fan service and Retconning old characters is so cheap. How the hell does a race-swapping, faux progressive, SJW, feminist agenda pushing idealogue like Kennedy decide "Let's have Bill fecking Burr in the latest Mando season"? Kennedy was on the set of Andor. she hired Tony Gilroy. watched the genius of how a REAL writer creates a quality drama, starting with the Cast, everything from the costume design, world building, incredible music score. Andor is Star Wars at its very best and we wont see series 2 until 2027 ! by comparison, Mandolorian, Asoka, Kenobi, book of bloody boba Fett, TLJ, ROS are VANDALISM. taking the world George Lucas gave us and crapping all over it with each new embarrassing TV series or aborted movie "Trilogy" how does the same woman green light Gilroy & Andor and yet is addicted to thinking Filoni will one day produce a show that isn't a total turd. Filoni is like her crack habit: she just cant say NO. and look Filoni is a nice guy who lives and breathes Star Wars- but because he produces good animated shows like Clone Wars doesnt mean he should be put in charge of "Grown-up" content that represents 80% of Lucasfilm output.

what exactly are you talking about? Anakin never once was the victim in the Jedi order. He was a product of his own arrogance and irrational decisions in which Obi constantly grilled him about. They should have never let him find out they thought he was the chosen one that was their only mistake. @@ImmortalCrow18 Obi Wan wanted a version of Anakin before he turned to the Dark Side, so he took Anakin's hand which was cut off in "Attack of the Clones" and used it to regenerate a new Anakin. Whenever this Anakin shows signs of turning evil, Obi Wan sedates him with slices of drugged ham. He also told Qui Gon that he has to sedate Anakin because the regeneration process was imperfect, and so he would be in constant pain without the drugs, but because Obi Wan wants to keep Qui Gon from finding out that Anakin turned evil until they watch "Revenge of the Sith," the part about the drugs being for pain might be a lie. .

In hindsight, the whole "falling in love" between padme and anakin was a very good idea plot wise, but damn if they messed up the landing. I don't even fault the actors honestly, they pulled a fantastic job with lines such as those.

Exactly. So much of believable romance is about what's NOT said/subtext. One or two of those intense lines at the right time would be perfect, but not the whole darn movie and every interaction.

Should've been padme pushing for the relationship as a way to increase her political status, then coming to her senses after she realizes the kind of monster anikan becomes and gets her redemption but it costs her life.

Should have just cut out Qui Gon and just have Obiwan and an aged up Anakin as master and padawan already in episode 1. That way padme falling for a dashing Jedi knight would be more believable.

I absolutely love the bits about Anakin’s memory being tied to not wearing anything over his hand. I wouldn’t mind seeing a second channel “cooking with Ani” where he makes sand-free recipes. And maybe his grandmaster shows up once in a while with tips!

27:50 I always was under the impression Obi-Wan knew the armor was there which is why boba was ordered to close the door. The reason why Kenobi was playing “stupid” by asking Jango the odivous questions was because he knew Jango was the assassin & that he wanted to basically see what would happen & how Jango would react. I know law enforcement & lawyers as well as agencies use this tactic all the time to “play dumb” just to see if the person will slip up & gather any information that could help them pull truths from lies.

Eh then me over here finding the 14,432 newton's of force would be 1.6 tons of weight at earths gravity. Or padme canonically 45kg, being the gravity would have to be nearly 33 times earths gravity. At 9.8ms, 45kg would be 443 newtons of force. And if the fall really was 30m then her cooch would hit the reek at 54mph, if it was a 2.5 second free fall. I just don't have the time to pixel count or time the fall for a somewhat accurate number haha

Yeah I get that it's a parody, but Padme's portrayal was pretty toxic through and through in this. Obi-wan always teases Anakin but he's shown to care for him too. Padme so far hasn't shown that and she's the only one who sticks by Anakin in the prequels. Even to the end. I do hope that's adjusted going forward. Other than that it's still good.

I thought a few lines of hers were hilarious for sure, I just figured as much as they loved each other there would be more of that dynamic played out. No joke, there’s more human development on the couch in Charlie’s flat, then there ever was in the Jedi temple. Anakin confides in master Yoda, that he’s scared to lose someone and Yoda basically tells them to man the fuck up and let them die…. And then celebrate that they’re dead. If we had seen this Obi-Wan in the movies, maybe Anakin could have been like yo bro I’m crushing on this chick and I kind of married her and knocked her up and I’m kind of worried she’s gonna die so like help me out here … and if Obi wan had been a friend not not a stodgy old fossil and been like “ OK bro, here’s how we work this one out.” I think the whole damn galaxy would’ve been better off. I think the sad Takeaway here is the Anakin covered for Obi-Wan, crushing on sateen, but couldn’t trust that Obi-Wan would have covered for him and Padme
