I’m 74 and have seen results! 1/2” in left bicep and 1 “ in right bicep. These are doable and you are great.! The HIIT workout was great too! Thanks Annie

Hi Annie! I’ve been following you now for about 6 months and I have had amazing results. I have a question for you: In your arm workout videos with the lighter weights, I notice you tend to open you entire ✋when lifting the weights, instead of wrapping your fingers around the 2/3lb dumbbell. It DOES seem to make it a bit harder when doing these workouts. I’m wondering if there’s a specific reason why you do that? Is there an added benefit to doing it?
