This video explains how to make sweet corn veg soup and it's in Tamil.
Sweet corn soup is a favorite for most children. It's an effortless dish which can be made in 5 minutes with simple home available ingredients. We will be explaining the blanching process to retain the original color of the vegetables. After blanching We'll start the cooking process and finish the soup with garnish.
Try this at home, it will be a favorite dish for your children.

Here are the ingredients for this dish
Water - 2 cup
Canned Sweet Corn - 100 gms
Sugar - 4 pinches
Carrots(chopped) - 2 tbs
Beans(chopped) - 2 tbs
Spring onion(chopped) - 2 tbs
Salt - 2 pinches

Sir if you blanch the vegetables, nutrients of vegetables gone through water only , there is no nutritious soup

I tried cooking sweet corn. I don't get that thick colourless liquid. How much of corn flour in 1/4 of water? Secondly how longctp cook after adding corn flour before it is ready to serve? Pl clarify.
