thanks. normally for any north indian gravy type dishes we are advised to add dhaniya powder, u ve not added the same, plclarify. . moreover if cream is not available for the domestic user, what is the alternative?

At which flame, we should cook the idli means low, medium or high flame??? Can we replace the urad dal with yellow moong dal and follow rest of the procedure in the same manner???
