Hi friends,
Sometimes,all you need is soup. Today, I will share my favorite clam chowder recipe. No secret here as I am using cubes for this dish.
Ingredients:
I use 200 grams of frozen clams
And 200 grams of frozen seafood
1/2 onion
1 carrot
1 broccoli
1/2 cabbage
3-4 potatoes
1 liter of water + 1 cup of milk ( you can lessen the water or you can add more milk as you like)
Cut all the vegetables in bite size
Then follow the video.
** Tips for using cubes
Simmer the vegetables (or meat) until they are almost cooked, TURN OFF the heat first before adding the cubes- leave for 10 minutes- after 10 minutes- TURN the heat on then mix the soup- this way you will have a creamy soup.
