1 block of firm tofu seasoned with salt, pepper, and 2 tsp each of garlic and onion powder and
1/2 tsp tumeric
5-6 cups day old white rice - heated and softened
2-3 frozen mixed vegetables - cooked thoroughly
3-4 tbsp liquid amino or soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Break up tofu and cook in oiled well heated pan with 1/2 of the garlic and onion powder along with the other seasonings. Add mixed vegetables rice. Then top with remaining seasonings, liquid aminos and sesame oil. Mix well, heat thoroughly and it's done!
