This wine is super tasty and healthy. Its a quick wine so its ready in 11 days. Its made from natural apple juice thats easily available in the market. Anyone can make it, its thats simple a recipe.
Here I have used a 4 litre glass jar. I have removed the rubber lining in the lid so that its not air tight. I have used a new clean kitchen towel to cover the jar. This helps to keep away the flies from entering into the wine jar.
While stirring the contents daily, take care to see that the contents are untouched by hands. Use dry wooden spoons only.
Sterilise the spoons daily before use. The jar should be sterilised by washing with soap and hot water. Then dried well. Wipe away any droplets of water in the jar before pouring in the juice.
This is a sweet wine. The sweetness can be increased if needed by adding sugar syrup , made by heating sugar and water.Add only after its completely cool.
This super easy wine is a healthy and a tasty one.

I made this wine exactly the way you specified. It is awesome. I don't have words to explain. When I bottled the wine the ABV was 5.3. I couldn't resist myself from tasting it to find out the taste was superb. I will wait for 2wks. in bottle and then try it out. Thank for sharing this recipe. By the way I liked the music in the video.

3 cups of sugar in only 2 liters gave 5.3 ? That's weaker than average beer, and seems low for that much sugar.

For the spices, it's good to roast them a bit in a dry pan, they release even more flavour that way (like it's done for spice mixes). Great idea about the whole wheat by the way, thanks for the video!

Hi, Love your video. Going to try this. I just have some questions. 1) Can I ferment it for more than 11 days. If yes, what happens if I ferment more? 2) After bottling, do you suggest keeping it at room temperature or in the fridge? 3) Should I use instant dry yeast or active dry yeast?

For people commenting that too much sugar was added, well, that sugar is food for yeast. Yeast consume that sugar, giving CO2 and alcohol in return. All the sugar will be consumed by yeast. Also if I may add, when bottling in glass bottles, add 1 spoon of sugar and bit of cloves, cinnamon and leave for 1 week. It'll even refine more. Thanks

I was following along with the video but i didn't listen when they told me to use a wooden spoon 1:40 please listen to the guide, the mixture exploded like a pound of c4 and sent me flying out the window of my 6th story apartment i just woke up from a coma missing my right arm and with serious injuries to both of my legs it was a miracle i even survived, you should always listen when DJ Food & Lifestyle capitalizes words

Is it really ok to stir? I'm getting conflicted answers.
@djfoodnlifestyle
@djfoodnlifestyle 4 жыл бұрын
Its OK to stir,since this is quick wine.Here fermentation happens faster bcoz of the amount of sugar and yeast in it. To avoid it from getting sour and changing into vinegar or cider its better to stir. If not daily,atleast ones in three day or so.

@Krish depends on days of fermentation, if its around 21 days and 7 days botteling then abv will be around 15-18% which is enough to make u sper high

I prefer 14 days for primary fermentation and 7 days after bottling that is secondary fermentation but be careful with the gas or it might explode.
