You can use a cold ladle when skimming the top to get the fat. Dip it into ice cold water several times in between.

Omg Philip! I made this not once but TWICE and this was amazing! It came out so delicious! This recipe was a success I tried so many recipes and by far this one is the easiest, budget friendly and most importantly the FASTEST prep ever! So many birra recipes add extra things that I don’t need! By far this is the best recipe.

Aloha, I love these! I’m from SoCal and same ethnicity as you too. I dig your lumpia as well. I make and eat lots of Mexican Cuisine living so close to Mexico and these tacos look so bomb. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe. I so miss Hawaii and the Ohana. All my friends in Hawaii also have roots here in San Diego County. We all tend to flip flop back and forth to both states. 🥰🌞

Is their an alternative to cooking the beef? I don't have a pressure cooker- is there a way to slow cook it/cook it in a large pot on the stove?

I have the same ninja. I have plenty of time to let them slow cook. does it make a difference to slow cook vs pressure cook? I just don't really use the pressure cook setting & love the smell all day
