In this quick & easy standing cool down, you'll be able to stretch your entire body in just 5 minutes! This standing cool down is perfect for relieving any tension you may have accumulated during the day, and will help you feel refreshed and ready to start the next day.
Focus on your breathing throughout the exercises of this cool down. Breath in through the nose for five seconds, and out through the nose again for five seconds.
We bring down the heart rate and aim to relax and stretch the muscles in this after workout. Every move you perform should feel easy and relaxed. Follow the movement of your body and its ability to stretch. With every breath the muscles will be able to relax more and get into a deeper stretch position. Don’t force anything, just let it happen.
