Praying! What's ur Grandsons name Alma? Hoping he's teething and just getting stuffy from that - otherwise, it might be he'll need tubes in his ears. Nom Nom! I've made a big mac casserole, too. Brown ground beef, mix with sweet pickle relish, place in a casserole dish, top with your favorite cheese.. Top off with tater tots and bake until the tots are nice and brown. Then, sprinkle some more shredded cheese, shredded lettuce and drizzle that mac sauce on top. OMG! So good! I also love making foil pack meals... so yummy!!!

Those looked so good. The sauce is the trick!! In order to make sure the beef is really well cooked, I would have chopped the burgers, a la Philly cheese steak, add cheese then scoop onto grilled heated flour tortillas and of course, the secret sauce!!

FYI... Big Mac Taco.. If you spread the meat on the tortilla first then grill it gives a better thinner meat spread and cooks up quicker.

In the summer time we eat dinner a lot later. It is not unusual for us to not sit down for dinner until 10 p.m. Everyone is so busy all day long well into the evening that we just don't bother trying to have an early dinner.

Happy Father's Day! Those smash taco burgers looked good although I don't know that I'd want the tortilla to absorb the fat from the burger...maybe I'll try them but cook the burger first 😁 making that sauce for sure
