Content idea: what would you have done differently in your BTO renovation, after living there for awhile now

How's your experience been like, living at a low floor facing road? Like how common do u get pests, any privacy issues, noisy? I'm selecting my unit in a few months, my number is not good but within supply so I have to be mentally prepared to pick something I don't like :')
