Quick loose watercolour sketchbook pages HD 720p

Happy New Year. I've not been well ( just manflu), so it's taken a good few weeks longer than planned , and I'm still not 100% and not quite back up to full speed, so here's a very quick video to fill the gap until I have the energy to create a full on new painting to film.
I've been keeping my hand and eye in by making a few sketches in a pocket sketchbook, so I thought I would film the process of adding very quick, very loose watercolour washes to a pair of the pages.
I'm hoping it won't be too long before my next, proper video.

Very much like your line & wash sketches…this technique seems to match so well with the Yorkshire landscapes,buildings etc🙂

i went to amazon germany and the book "Pen and Wash" can be preordered there. it says the printed book will be published around october this year. the kindle version seems to be available in march this year.

I checked Amazon US, and I can pre-order with ship date Oct 2024. I'll just have to wait a bit, but it will be worth the wait
