Ingredients:
500 grams Lamb or Mutton Mince (Keema)
2 medium-sized Onions
2 medium-sized Tomatoes
1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tablespoon Butter
1/2 cup Oil or Ghee
Spices:
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
Garnishing:
Green Chilli
Fresh Coriander
Ginger Julienne
Process:
-In a cooking pan, combine 500 grams of Lamb or Mutton Mince, 2 chopped Tomatoes, and 2 finely diced Onions.
-Add 1 cup of water, salt, 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder, 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder, 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder, and 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder. Mix well and bring it to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
-In a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon of Butter. Once melted, add the already boiled Mince.
-Add 1/2 cup of Oil or Ghee.
-Start frying the mixture to evaporate excess moisture (about 10 mins).
-Once the water has dried out, add 1/2 cup of Yogurt and cook for an additional 5 minutes on high heat.
-Garnish with fresh Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves, and Ginger Julienne.
-Serve hot with naan or paratha. Enjoy your Lamb or Mutton Keema Fry!
