Quick Paneer Recipe for Beginners Instant Paneer Khurchan Masala , Easy and Tasty Paneer Chatpata
Ingredients
Paneer- 250 gms
Red capsicum- 1
Green capsicum- 1/2
Paste- 2 tomatoes and 1 green chili
Green coriander- 2 to 3 tbsp ( finely chopped)
Oil- 2 tbsp
Butter- 2 tbsp
Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Ginger Paste - 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder- 1/4 tsp
Garam masala- less than 1/4 tsp
Salt- 3/4 tsp or to taste
