But you, my friend manage to go into a form of aggressivity, opening a potential rabbit hole. Die Live-Übertragung des PTO Rennes bekommt von mir eine 6! Als beide Rennen liefen, wurde fast immer das Männerrennen gezeigt. Nachdem die fertig waren bestand das Damenrennen daraus die Erste aus den USA zu verfolgen. Andere Teilnehmerinen wurden fast nie gezeigt. Das ist keine Wertschätzung der Leistungen die alle erbracht haben. Das Interview mit Lauras Mann hatte gefühlt mehr Sendezeit als Livebilder von Lauras Rennen und dem super 3. Platz. Da muss die PTO noch viel nachholen.

I also wondered about that. The only thing I can think of is that it popped off his thermal cap so they gave him a pass the same way they would have if a bottle popped out of someone's cage when hitting a bump, so not counted as littering...??

T100 gives out and applies rules in various ways... I was at Milwaukee and watched Jan run through transition with his swim skin on and toss it to an official at the mount line. I was thinking we'd be seeing him serve a penalty for that but no dice. I think I've seen T100 penalties for things outside of the transition box.. but yes they're application of rules with the pro races is a bit all over the place.

Sam Long is very heavy and has a time trial build, not for mountain climbing. The 6 climbs took out his run legs. I was surprised that none of the commentators said any of this. In the end, three smaller guys won the race, because they expended so much less energy on the climbs.

Rico Bogen ist not a small guy. Sam won races with climbing like st Georg. It just wasn’t his best day, nothing more or less. He still had the fastest bike split.

@@o11378 "It just wasn't his best day" means nothing and is a totally garbage take. Maybe it was the cold, maybe it was the swim, maybe it was competing too much, but there is definitely a reason more than "not being his best day." You just don't know what it is, so don't act like a know it all.

Kyle smith isn’t small 😂 Sam didn’t dominate like normal at Oceanside when it was cold either. He races best in the heat is more to the point. He is an incredibly strong climber.

I agree. But he has the best insights, and isn't afraid to disagree with the other commentators, and then gives his reasons. A little speech work could go a long way for a lot of commentators.

I figured all of the swim gear needs to be placed in the athletes' own box? You can't simply discard along the swim exit even if by accident just as there are designated trash zones.
