just added this same servo onto my build yesterday. I guess the only downside is that it is NOT waterproof, but for me, I do most of my crawling indoors, so its not much of an issue. That being said, this was a great budget servo, and I enjoy the power difference from stock. Well worth it in my mind, and I do not regret it.

Kingservo from China is the same as a reefs 99 and rs100, and it's 30 shipped, I understand it's a kit but just get the servos from the manufacturer.

Budget is 1/3 the price of the entire rig lol both my trx4m sevo and esc went out after a month. Had to go out after the warranty. Might be my next servo if these amazons ones go out

In my opinion, if I’m going to upgrade a part that costs 1/3 of what I spent on the entire vehicle, I’m going to buy one that’s way better. Even if I pay a little bit more.

Just fitted! Did you have an issue getting the horn to centre? I needed to trim it quite a bit on the controller to get it to steer straight.

Yes I did. I think I trimmed it something like 21%!

u think a reefs 99 is overkill? i’m almost worried i’ll snap an axle with that much torque haha i think this servo will work instead

Nah. I had the NSDRC RS100 in here for a while and it worked perfect, not issues with the axles. A reefs would have the same muscle as that one, so I think you would be fine.

Just get the injora 7kg one, it's much cheaper and the performance is negligible
