PLEAS HELP!! I want to get a loop station for my husband for Christmas so he can record some songs by himself with harmonies and all the stuff. He is a total beginner with loop stuff though and never even saw a loop station. I wonder if spending $500+ for him to maybe hardly use it or being to complicated to use it is too much? But I also don't want to give him crap that doesn't work well. Do you have recommendations on which loop station to get for him as a bloody beginner?

Huge boss fan, been using their loop pedals for a long time,but can anybody can answer for me? - can you directly connect other instruments to the RC 505? Or is it mic input only? - can you link RC 505 in line with other setups? - when not playing this through a huge speaker system is it as effective on smaller amps? - does it have a track save function like its foot based predecessors?

when i do the input fx on multi mode some fx simply disappear on that screen, like reverb isnt existing anymore can someone hepl me ?

@DCR there should be a manual but I'll explain. some effects, when used with multi mode, can only be used on certain fx buttons e.g. the vocoder can only be used on track fx A where as the phaser can be used on all three, but yeah look it up there should be a manual somewhere but that's the basics of it, just fiddle around with it for a bit to figure out what can and can't work together
