Aaah, I started dancing ballet with 6 years old and stopped when I was 14. Because my parents thought I should concentrate more on school. I'm 22 now and it was so much fun, I didn't wanted the video to end. I tried out different sports last year (jogging, pilates, pop pilates, swimming, ...) and always thought "When is my class finally finished!" Thank you for this video and for bringing the fun of working out back into my life!

I did this without wrist weights and holy crap! My arms are burning so much, this workout is amazing!!!

I love these workouts because dance is incorporated into them! I have a passion for ballet, which makes it easier to do this than a workout video where I’d have to do burpees and squats, etc. I’ve been doing your arms and posture workout every night and have seen such a difference. 😊 I’d love to see a new one soon!

I build them on the ice, I'm a skater, but that doesn't mean you can't build toned legs at home! I will make a video that will help achieve strong and toned quads :)

Yes, do my videos haha! Try other ballet videos too. Make your core stronger with strength building exercises and also work on your balance with yoga :)

Is it normal if my hip (the side of the standing leg) starts hurting during exercice 07:32? (Regardless of the position of the standing leg)

If you mean it starts to burn, then yes it's fine, but if you feel like it's a more intense pain, then take a break and continue when you're ready, or perhaps skip the move completely.

Hey love! Forget about counting calories, it's a bad mindset to have and can lead to obsession, eat healthy and workout and that will be how you'll become healthy and lose weight.
