Can the 4 channel power amplifiers be bi wired to speakers with 4 binding speaker terminals?

Yes - you will see each input has an In and an Out to allow you to Bi-Amp, Tri-amp etc The amps also have the ability to link channels internally for bi-amping if needed. See the back view of the Akurate 4200 4-channel amplifier here ripcaster.co.uk/Linn_Akurate_4200
