This works great by bringing clarity, however the yellow hue is still there because there was no wet sand to get rid of oxidation.

I agree, usually for one step jobs like this I like to go over with some 3000 grit wet, the 3000 grit removes all of the above surface oxidation, making the polishing step much easier and effective. Towards the end of the video, particularly next to the hood, you can see that yellow hue that you’re talking about.

@@STILLNIGHTPEARLWhat do you do to restore headlights? You said wet sand 3000 grit. Do you use any other grit sandpaper? What kind of polish? Ive heard people say they use aluminum polish.

Hey! Use low speeds to spread the product and higher speeds to break down the polish.

Does this have UV protectant in it or some form of protective sealant to increase the finishes durability ?

Hi there! Yes, Headlight Restorer adds protection to resist UV rays, it is recommended to apply additional coatings for more durability.

Do you guys do the headlight before or after washing? I like to do it before wash. Then clean vehicle dry and apply jet seal over the headlights. Does that sound correct?

Clean first is what most kits recommend. Just wipe the headlight with some water of a rag

Hi Patrick! Apply a protective coating such as ceramic to reject harsh elements that cause yellowing.

You cheated!! There's still pitting and scratches in the lens. You should have done it properly so the lens stays nicer longer. Oh, and you do a final seal on the finished lens😢 bummer!!!
