This song is a reminder that we need to be still and spend time with the Lord. I fall victim so often of getting caught up in life & busyness. I was born with Spina bifida, have had 34 surgeries and the 33rd surgery paralyzed me, have lived in a nursing home for over a decade, and yet found joy and blessings in the darkness. I even wrote a book called Blessings From Within The Dark. Jesus loves you SO much everyone!!!

I was so frustrated with trying to learn how to use spotify earlier this morning and i became upset. Then this song came on and caught my attention. I stopped and listened to the whole song and it really spoke to me. I have been so overwhelmed recently and struggling with the busyness of my own mind. This song ministers to my anxiety! Anxiety can be so crippling. When you get caught up in your fears and worries, you feel as if you’re going down a deep black hole. I love this song! God is involved in every detail of our lives ❤️just be still and know HE IS GOD❤️❤️
