Silent jailor is the tactic i use, if you jail someone and they dont say a word or voluntarily give role and will, i will usually exe. If your town you should be giving role and will to jailor right away becuz you obviously want to help the jailor out.

I tried that strat once myself. The guy I jailed on the 2nd night didn't say anything so about half way in a typed out "?????" and hit the execute command. Only for him to type out "What the hell are you doing?" 1 second before the night ended. Then followed by me getting killed by WW and the Investigator I just killed to whinge and scream about it in dead chat.

the fun part about playing silent jailor is when maf/coven doesnt notice they they are in jail and try talking to their members. for the most part though people tend to be less reactive when you are not talking to them. being aggressive: you demand role, they give role, you demand will, they give will, basically they answer to instructions. you say nothing: they are kind of at a loss of what to do, only after you click the execute button do they panic and try and conjure up something thinking you were afk.

We tried to tell you, Skimm. Being quiet is just the way to go. Bad players will just make mistakes, take too long, or just dig their own holes. You yelling at them or pushing them really doesn't do much. Sure, it can make people "stumble into mistakes", but half the time all you do is annoy people. So, we tried to tell you this tactic worked. Glad to see you agree!

Jailor and medium pretty much carried. LO died too early and the spy kept quiet til the last few days when called out. Pretty useless town tbh. Also this video needs way more traction. Just did a silent jailor game and executed 3 maf back to back. Even had a gf that wrote "consort rb the doc" not realizing he was jailed.

I hate people that use only numbers in wills. It is absolutely useless for checking back to see if their info was correct.

I remember once when I was casually writing my will when I noticed I was jailed. It took me too long to say my role, so the jailor thought I was evil and executed me. I was town. Since then I am always checking if I'm in jail or not the first second night begins :) Also, it happened to me to write a message to mafia and immediately press enter when the night began, but I was jailed so the jailor saw and figured out I was mafia😅😂😂

The "if they don't claim in 10 seconds they're evil" tactic and reading votes is a classic Shadowbeatz move and it works 9/10. It doesn't work when you have a terrible town

When I'm jailor I like to hit the execute button first and then wait. It's efficient and I don't have to type role every time.

Your normal aggressive jailer is a scary thing to be on the receiving end of. But it is really efficient.

You should play this type of jailer of not talkin in jail like you did and be very agressive outside of jail, i find this to be the best

Just shoot anyone whose first message to you doesn't contain a claim or will. Look at this game, for example: framer said "good evening", gf said "i'm ti" instead of an actual role, medium said he was medium. Works close to every time.

People who say things like "if you kill me, you can't exe" annoy me way more than they should.

Being quiet actually works. Here's a tip on how to be quiet better: 1. Have your name auto-generated, killers are more likely to target catchy names. Uninteresting names like these are most likely to be ignored. 2. Vote only if you have to. There are some players that will notice that there's this quiet person who's active. Quiet but active in the game, and they find that out by seeing how much you vote in lynching. This attracts unwanted attention really. 3. Support the leading smart-ass in the group. Being quiet doesn't entirely mean you'll never speak, you have to even once. So there's always this smart-ass in the group who's skilled and all, support his claims and you won't seem suspicious at all. 4. Make deals. For example: I was SK once and attacked someone with high defense. I thought it was GF so I whispered and made a deal BUT, it was Exe. But it didn't matter, I made a deal with the exe that I'll help him win, and he has to help me win. Both of us won the game. You can also make up a false deal to protect yourself, for example: I'm SK, I found out who the exe was and made this deal "I'm a body-guard, I want you to claim that you're body-guard and I'll claim as exe so MAF won't attack me." since exe believes I'm BG, we'll exchange role claims now. Now no one can CC when I claim exe and since everyone knows exe, MAF won't attack me. I just protected myself perfectly. Follow these tactics and you'll see winning streaks.

Im sure you know this, but this is the sort of tactic shadowbeatz uses, and I think it works better than saying "3,2,1, role". I definietly prefer watching jailor's who are silent when jailing.

I think you had success this game simply because you're an experienced player and know what people who play ToS do. As long as you're the jailor, you'll be helpful to town even if you execute a townie.

Last day of the game : Vigilante suicided Spy was shot by a Vigilante. Since there was 3 people left, Select Name was confirmed medium, and there had to be a vigi claim who could shoot the previous night, thus making any claim other than vigilante fake, and the last player would be witch. Don had reason to be mad at Select Name. I empathise. Smh.

Quiet jailor is best tactic imo, townies normally claim immediately. Evils dont claim, or late claim from panic or they think youre afk and won't notice. it always works for me when im jailor

Since wowie was a lo claim with no visits n2 after the Jail and didn't even call out the witched claim as false, they were the more suspicious of the two. Omg, I have seen clueless players like this before. I was the investigator, and N2 I found out a suspect, player 8 was Godfather. It said he was Godfather, jester or blackmailer. (jester left D1 and vigi shot blackmailer) I kept telling town I claimed Investigator and need a doctor/bodyguard on me. Town ignored me. They lynched the medium. Would’ve been helpful that round, so would’ve mayor. I died N3 by Mafia. Then, in my WILL I said straight up mafia was player 8 The Godfather. D4. Apparently the sheriff was afk. He exposed the Jailor and told everyone to look at my will for proof and he checked, (kinda a waste lol) that player 8 was actually bad. They listened to the sheriff and said he was either vigilante (?? I dunno how) or mafia and he was teaming with me. So, they hanged the sheriff.... Guess what? Then Jailor died. After mafia killed the rest of town soon it was just the mafia (Godfather and Janitor.) and sk left. Since Serial killer is immune at night, gf couldn’t kill the sk. The serial killer got the janitor, couldn’t lynch the Godfather since there was only 2 people left alive. Serial killer won. He did nothing, killed no one at all throughout the WHOLE game, except one mafia. And it worked out for him? I’m dead.

This is actually the tactic that I use. Only I'm completely quiet. Everyone knows what to do in jail, no need to press them. Slow claims are sus, no claims get exe'd.

Here's a game to try. 10 Escorts, 4 Executioners, and one Serial Killer. Town does the town thing, but the EXEs have to protect the SK while simultaneously convincing everyone that their target is SK. (Because when SK dies the game is over, and any unfulfilled NEs lose.) The town can't kill the SK, save for lynching. But they can't make a mistake, or they might lynch an EXE or, heaven forbid, a jester by mistake.

Something I picked up on when you jailed the Last GF and executed; just before the day ended he said "2 is sus", even though his "Sheriff Will" claims 2 (you) to be inno. In my head that does not sit right, seeing as by N1 the original GF was alive, and later die. So already there you are confirmed to be non-mafia. Sure, there was the off chance you could be Witch/NK, but seeing as you were the jailor, that was a no-need-to-think execute in my eyes. ^^ And of course the "I am TI. You are jailer but you don't need to know my exact role. Just rest assured I am TI" :D

How does someone play as an SK and win? I really want to know a good tactic. I generally go with sheriff and try to scum read mafia to gain third trust.

This is usually my tactic as jailor and in my experience it works better because if the person you are jailing ARE town they will immediately give a role. If they arent town they will USUALLY do a super late claim or not claim at all. The next night i usually just jail and immediately click execute and 9/10 they are evil.

I have always recommended this tactic to jailors because it is amazing! Evils will always try to bite for time (“if I respond late cause this jailor isn’t asking, I may be able to get away with a bad claim!”) Town will USUALLY claim quickly (as long as you’re not in classic or something) I recommend waiting at least ten seconds until you execute. If they haven’t said anything, they’re bad or evil (sometimes both).

Jailor not talking at all but still using his abilities is more pressure on the jailed than the "3,2,1" thing you've been doing. If you are legit townie you want to share info in that secure environment anyway, if you're not townie, being in the silent jailor's cell is a free Ned Stark on executioner block experience. I played a ranked game as mafia and I was gf, and we had Mafioso, concierge, and janitor. Mafioso and janitor got killed n2, I was lynched d4 and concierge won for us as mafioso. I pretended to be vigi but I killed vigi n3 and I said that the actual vigi was disguiser. I got lynched but I was laughing. Because I accidentally killed vigi but not LO. I also killed my brother who was playing with me n1 and he was also vigi. Somehow the jester got lynched and on the second last night the mafioso killed someone, the jailer exed someone, and jester killed someone else. That left mafioso and sheriff as the jailor was killed by mafia. And mafia group won lol
