Once when I was jester I called out 3 maf and sk, I became “confirmed sheriff” and didn’t get hung. But towards the end I told them I was jester and they said oh lol and got me lynched.

I had a hilarious game as Jester. So I decided to accuse a guy on d2 as being mafia when I was claiming to be a sheriff who found him n1, have them lynched, have them see them as a townie and then get lynched tomorrow myself (It was an all any game and I wasn't accounting for possible Jailor but that doesn't matter). However there was one problem... the person I accused was Mafioso. So now I become the first confirmed "townie" in the game. The next night the CL controlled the GF into attacking me however the bodyguard was on me and died protecting me. Ret revived the bodyguard the next night after, I somehow accidentally guess who the PM is, furthering the belief I was sheriff. During my raging that night the CL controlled a werewolf into attacking me, however the resurrected bodyguard protected me again. Eventually everyone got confirmed except the CL, who was sus af, I claimed he was coven and just before the game was over I claimed I was Jester, the bodyguard was so pissed off knowing he died TWICE protecting a Jester, albeit a Jester that everyone believed was 100% confirmed town, even the other evils.

I remember my first game as Jester. One guy named himself Teemo, and I instantly wanted to kill him Peeps thought I was an Exe and lynched me day 2, got ez win and achivement, so I was so excited (and new to the game) and forgot to pick who to haunt The game choose randomly and it was SK Got second achivement Became Jester main

I like winning early as Exe and then being one of the last people in town and getting to choose who wins.

NE is a great list of roles, all of them somehow making town harder to win but can accidentally or purposefully help the town. My personal favourite is witch, it is also my fav role in the game, but My second and 3rd fav roles are the exe and the jester. Lost of people say Jester is a bad role, but it brings more terror into the game and it makes people more aware when hanging. Story time: There was a game where I was a witch. N1 I found the vigilante. I made him kill mafioso by accident. Then I controlled him again and got him to kill the jailor. I then found a WW and I managed to get him to kill GF, Jani, Doc and LO all in one night. When he was suspected as WW he claimed sheriff and I whispered him the last mafia (i knew who it was). He put him up and then he became a "confirmed sheriff". Near the end the last Townie was a vet but I thought he was a Vigi. I still had my basic defense so I controlled WW into teh vet and they both died. I got a witch only win. TOS is the best!

A decent strat for Jester is to not say anything and when people start to push you, claim Veteran

1. Claim med d1 2. Random dead 3. Ret rez 4. 'No med' 5. Hang

So one time as jester, I claimed sheriff and randomly accused someone of being mafia. Turns out they were the Arso, and I get shot by the vigi N2.

Be me, Disguiser in Ranked Practice. Consort dies N3 to Sk. I get lynched and town thinks I was spy even though I had a medium will. Game continues until there are only 3 people left. GF, mafioso and SK. The dead people are saying stuff like "gg maf, hanging the SK" and I was like "uuuh... why did the GF vote up the mafioso?". After that town started to realize that I was disg and GF was about to gamethrow. The aftermath is that Sk won because of the mafioso lynch and all people bashing the GF for gamethrowing. I love Town of Salem

I cc-ed actual vigi as mafiaso late game. Jailor was ded. GF was being pushed "No, you lier, i shot the consort!, im the actual vigi" *didnt get shot at night* Next day, i whispered my gf "i shot the framer, play along" and GF confirmed me as whispering him who i shot while will was being read. He even said "if you are actual vigi, you would have shot the fake vigi claim" Vigi pleads to let us shoot each other tonight, i countered with "nope, out of bullets, guilty" Vigi got lynched, maf won.

As spy/exe I love claiming spy with incorrect will. Spy is suspicious end game and mafia know I’m not town by incorrect wills. I’m not a target for NK so no big issue there. For exe if mafia doesn’t get a kill I put target there. I love the chaos of this role.

There was once this jester who said he didn’t like his role and asked for a lynch day 2, and town actually lynches him. Skip forward a few days when it was down to sk and vet, they decide to draw not realizing that they lynched the jester. That was the only jester only win I’ve seen in my 200ish ranked practice games.

My favorite jest play is when I claimed LO, accidentally called out the mafioso by LUCK, guess the GF by who was slow to vote, and somehow got the jailor lynched.

I had a jest game last night in which I claimed vigi, AFTER Vet had died. There was a second Vig claim, so the town hung him. He was actual Vig, but I was apparently SO CONVINCING, that the town never even tried voting me up. That was all night and day one, and I survived to be in the final 2 getting the Mafia a win. amazingly BS game xD

Hey here to spread my new Doc strategy... On D1 claim jailor and ask for TP/LO on u jailor will most likely also call or jail u explaing what ur doing or u might get killed if u dont... but by claiming jailor through out the game even tho ur doc will most likely mean no one will attack u because u ask for tp/lo and evil's normally dont attack that. But u the real TP can really be in the real jailor and if u do this good and convince everyone both jailor and doctor will make it to late in the game because doc will stay alive to keep jailor alive. Make sure you and the jailor communicate well by like jailor giving his will to u and jailor coming up with fake claim. This has worked for me almost ever game I have played like this. One game me and jailor made it through entire game without the town even noticing I wasnt the real jailor.

Now that I think about it can a Jesters guilt kill pestilence

Hey skimm, you probably never need to know this, but ofnadwy (of-nad-oi) is welsh for awful.

I find that the easiest way to be lynched, especially on werewolf nights, are claiming you bugged the werewolf's target and claiming spy. Good towns are quick to notice this. Otherwise, claiming spy in general is my favourite strategy. If there are no other spies, you basically throw the town off of who the actual Rmaf are and mafia love you for it.

My favorite is where you are exe get attacked and survive (obviously) the same night your target dies they will almost gaurentee lynch you

Here's one for ya, Got hit night as night 1 as an Exe by an SK in all any, same SK kills my target claiming me as immune, then came the classic "but im not immune" and got lynched

My first Jest win I caught the GF and Mafioso because BG died guarding someone but didn't kill. Turned out Doc had been on the GF who'd attacked the BG's target because Jailor jailed the Mafioso, so I asked town to lynch me to thank me for catching them and then random haunted the Framer

When I'm Jester, I claim sheriff, and whisper people that I "checked" N1 right away. Depending on how they answer, I push them or keep them alive (trying to be a believable Sheriff) Usually town claim without question, and suspicious people ask "why?" and "what's you're role?" or I get the classic "town" and "important". When I get town hung, town push on me, and I get lynched. When I hang evil, it gets more complicated. I become confirmed sheriff, and I have control over town. Usually ending with me getting killed at night, but on some lucky occasions, I get accused of being a vampire, or evil are nice and hang me after I explain myself. I love being Jester, and I dislike the "afk Jester" you have to earn being lynched imo :)

i had an sk role right and i didnt want to play sk so i told town to kill me so i wouldnt have to wait to play another game. the town thought i was jester and decided not to lynch me or investigate me. it went on until they lynched me and town won.

As jester I accuse and caught an arsonist, 2 sk and a mafioso and was confirmed sheriff. I eventually was hung when I called another fellow jester sus

I like both. Exe is good if they die before you. If that happens claim sheriff or exe (say you'll "side with town"). Then you'll likely be lynched if jailor is either dead or not jailing you. Then bam you're dead. If jest, less work is needed. Just claim sheriff or lo or another rt. People will likely claim against you (especially if rt is already taken). Then you'll probably be lynched and ez! Edit: This is what I've learned from my recent games. Doesn't always work.

Here is my opinion on jester games and who I think the enemies are Allies that can help jester win A majority of ti roles: i.e.: sheriff, lookout, spy are most likely, although escort, consort, consigliere can also out a jester and get them lynched Enemies: killing roles such as jailor, vigilante, as well as sk, godfather, mafioso Basically, town support, town invest and non killing roles can help a jester. The reason I say town support is if an important ti role dies they can tell the medium who they visited and if there is a framer in game the framer can frame the jester which is why I consider framer an ally to a jester. So framer and medium can be allies to the medium. I know one time I was mayor and since the mayor was my ally I haunted the veteran instead

U should do a medium claim as jester cause if there is no medium but there is a retro it works SOOOO well

I played 2 games in one night as jester (no scroll just how it turned out) and both times I lived to the end and got lynched by revealing I was jester and killing who they asked me to.

My jester tactic is to just claim I'm an investigator and I put a random will up.(make sure someone died and I got the wrong information) The next thing I do is call someone out that we have to keep an eye on, everybody thinks it's a fake will and I will be lynged and get a win

once i was jester and claimed jailor and the real jailor was afk so somehow i became comfirmed jailor and didnt win but got the win for town lol. this was a ranked
