Tapping videos to help you finally release and let go of old limiting beliefs holding you back from vibrant health and emotional freedom. Live your life of intention feeling confident, passionate about what you do and set yourself free!!
If you are new to tapping, please go to www.julieschiffman.com for a comprehensive understanding of what this is about.
I have my Master's degree in Social Work although, I state in all of videos that it is imperative you take responsibility for you own emotional and physical well being. I offer EFT as an EFT practitioner. The information and coaching I provide is intended to educate, inform and inspire you on your personal journey toward optimal health. It is not intended as a substitute for consultation with your healthcare provider. It is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. EFT has been used by thousands of therapists, nurses, social workers, psychologists, doctors and individuals with exceptional results and minimal side effects if any side effects. However different people may require different care based on different variables. Please reach out to a health care professional if needed.
I have hundreds of videos to choose from and they have been viewed over 4 million times. Please enjoy them and be sure to share them if you found it beneficial.

Great topic and timing! I had just noticed my inner critic being extra tough on me lately and thinking I needed to tap on self-forgiveness when this video popped up! Thank you SO much! I am a big fan of your work and have been tapping along with you for years. Thank you for so generously making and posting these videos. 🙏✨

This is just what I need! My therapist and I are talking about me being too hard on myself. We're working on changing my inner dialog and this gives me great ideas for my encouragement cards!

I struggle with this. I was taught that the "bad" part of me was a demon or devil because of religion. That's a harsh thing to say to anyone and I am now understanding that it's just a part of me that's been suppressed for so long. I told it can come out of hiding in those lies and that it's my friend. It's not a bad thing, it's a part of me that tried to help but took it's job a little too far. I'm learning to love and accept all parts of me. Thank you, this helps so much ❤❤

Thank you, Julie, for another healing video. I especially like the part of thanking the inner critic for its protection in the past - that part has been key for me to move to taking over from it and protecting myself. Sending much love your way!

I find your videos really useful for me. They help me when I want to do some inner work and my mind, somehow, doesn't want to let me cry, to let me say some things because they are hurtful. So, it's easier for me to repeat after someone else the phrases and ideas I can relate to

I struggle with this. It started with parental abuse, because my parent was overly critical. I try to control this with self help and knowing my triggers. It resurfaced when I went to work where people were passive/aggressive and...critical of everything. I hit the wall and admitted I needed help. I'm so glad I did. Thank you...this is very helpful. ❤

@@Julieschiffman No...thank you! I tell people often how good this has been for me? And they look kinda strange at me...tapping? As in...TAPPING? Yes..How in the heck is that going to help me? Know your triggers..self awareness doesn't come easily. Thank you once again.

Ha- yes people still look at me like I have 3 heads when I tell them about it. But it’s so much more popular now than it was when I stared! You do YOU. Good job 👏

@@Julieschiffman Oh I will. It just kind of reminds me of something I did as a kid with my friends? We would play a game of Patting your head. While rubbing your stomach in circles at the same time? We would start...then change to the opposite? Rubbing your head and patting your stomach. You have to focus quite hard as to not mess it up. Tapping reminds me of this...but we are talking and validating what's happening. While playing the game you realises your brain can't multi task! 😆

I have a person in my life who often nags me about doing something any time I try to relax and recharge. Even when I'm sick. I have this nagging voice even when I m alone and get anxious about feeling lazy. I know I'm not really lazy but I cant silence the voice in my head because it clearly tries to protect me from the person's nagging. I know I can't change someone's behavior, only my reaction but it's extremely triggering for me. Any tips on what to do?

This is someone who undoubtedly is uncomfortable with relaxation. they may have grown up this way... you have permission to relax. It is not laziness, it is taking care of you and they may not know how to do that. :)
