What to expect after 20 days after quitting weed. Here's my experience. I think a lot of people will see this as weed quitting motivation. As I say seek for fulfillment in the things we do not the things we consume.

@@3218franky quitting wasn’t for me. I have ptsd and anxiety and choose not to take prescribed meds to help. What changed my weed experience personally was learning more about what different strains do for my body and the power of CBD. I only smoke 1:1’s now or an even bigger ratio of CBD to THC if possible. You get a break from your stress and anxiety without the THC increasing your anxiety. CBD is the real healer if you ask me, but everyone’s body is different. God bless and I hope this helps!

I really appreciate all of the things you said in this video. 5 months ago my gf and I broke up and after that I started smoking weed more often. Smoking weed went from every saturday to every weekend, and from every weekend to every day. It got to the point where things felt "weird" when I was sober or I had constant brain fog. Today is the first time in 3 months I've gone a day without smoking weed. When I became dependent on weed I would get full blown anxiety attacks for no reason. I'd get paranoid. Not that someone would hurt me but that there was something wrong with my mind, or that I was losing control of my thoughts. Today is my day one, to anyone reading this comment I wish the best to you and if you're quitting too, I know you can do it! There was a time in all of our lives when we didn't smoke weed, goodluck!

Dude the exact same thing happens to me. I’ve been having weed panic attacks for years. They are crazy scary. Just like you say; my mind starts racing into an uncontrollable speed, and I feel like I’m dying. If you saw me in one of these episodes you would think I was having a fit, or a full psychiatric emergency. I have NEVER had one without weed, but have had hundreds with weed meaning It’s not me, it’s the weed. I’m trapped in a hell between marajuana dependency and these attacks.

Hey brother I hope you’re doing well , any update on your journey quitting ? I’ve been smoking for years and tried quitting for years and I’ve been sober for 3 weeks now and never felt better. I have tried to quit so many times I’ve lost track and I’ve always relapsed. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that but take the lessons from each experience and use it to become stronger when you try to quit again. No matter how many times you go back to it don’t give up on yourself , it is tough at first , but try to learn what triggers you to want to smoke such as stress , family , even friends unfortunately and learn to coexist without having to smoke and if they’re your real friends they will support you , try to keep yourself occupied with anything else , exercise, video games , movies or work. It is tough but always remember that god will never put you in a situation you can not handle and that is a fact. Stay strong brother , please respond If you get a chance , I wish you the best.

@Scott_Bradbury
@Scott_Bradbury 3 жыл бұрын
@@RSPGlitchesFR I've smoked most of 15 years, half my life. I find the main side effect is short term memory loss. I think THC helps the brain forget things and let things go faster, from my experience anyway. It's a good tool in that sense, but it also makes it impossible to keep up with everyone as conversations fade quickly if your a full time user like me. This also means I tend to be less social & have more anxiety towards people and conversation with people i'm not 100% familiar with. That said, the pressures of society and the ability to sit at home on a computer has allowed me to build multiple business and pretty much live a retired life from about 29 years old. Not wealthy, just smart with passive business opportunities. I often quit for a month or two, but if I smoke once that's it for at least 3 or 4 months, smoking from dusk till dawn. I'm fully aware I am an addict, I don't particularly enjoy smoking and now use mainly oils to save my lungs. I don't remember dreams at all when I smoke. When I come off smoking my motivation comes back and it can be pretty full on for me. I end up starting businesses going into what feels to me like hyper-drive where I obsess over ideas and have the motivation to fulfill them. Social anxiety goes away. My memory comes back and so do my dreams. However memory is not what it could have been if I never smoked. But same goes for fast food, lack of exercise etc. I don't think smoking is bad if you want a simple life. But smoking full time is a full-time job.

Been sober for 2 weeks now. I had been smoking weed for 20+ years generally after work to relax. Lately I had been struggling with terrible anxiety and depression due to a break up and I did not realize it but the weed was intensifying this. Since I have stopped smoking weed I am much more relaxed now about life and feel much better. I feel much clarity now and less clouded in my head. Not saying weed is bad but for now it is better that I am not smoking.

Good luck to all of you out there, we are all in this together

Dude...thank you for this video. I recently gave up my daily weed habit. I'm finishing my stash after progressively smoking less and less. The first 3 days were indeed tough, but then...I was okay. It really was hard for a moment here or there after those first few days. Then it's fine, it gets easier to find other things to do, and you realize that you don't need it to enjoy life. It doesn't open up your mind if you're smoking it heavily or daily. Nightly couch lock will cost you unless you're done achieving all of your goals in life or are extremely privileged. Smoke responsibly, never in times of sadness or to deal with strong negative emotion. That could cause you to depend on it, at least mentally. Now, I gotta stop with cigarettes, but quitting weed has helped me gain the confidence to start planning my exit from nicotine. I can resist the cravings, and that feels amazing, like I won another battle in my war against my harmful habits. Thank you again for the motivation to keep going, man. I really appreciate you for this video.

"seek fulfillment in the things you do in life, not in the things you consume" -- This is very similar to the revelation I had when I decided to quit.
