This was what I was looking for. Usually so called "beginner" tutorials on mixer are anything but. They don't go over the UI in detail and start with really easy mixes like you did here. Thanks!

do you have more tutorials on getting into stylized mixes? Im working on a project that utilizes stylized materials and im trying to really wrap my head around the thought processes, story of the material/mixes and making them interesting. Your tutorials are amazing and so is your art. thanks in advance

None of those file formats are uncompressed. There are multiple lossless and lossy compression types built into EXR. RLE, Zip, PIZ, PXR24, etc. TGA: RLE. TIFF: Zip or LZW. In all cases you can disable compression if you want and in the case of TIFF, at least, this may be fairly common (historical reasons). But uncompressed EXR...that's a waste of disk space. (Edit: if you meant that Mixer saves them uncompressed then a) that would be worth mentioning and b) to not give that option is kinda stupid on their part)
