It is in The Almighty's hand, now and with prayer from the church and prayer warriors, I am gradually witnessing my son's hard heart being tenderized. I have depression, anxiety now... and unable to do anything,.. it's like being crippled. My brain ruminate on my mistakes,.. knowing that thus all could have been prevented. I've called 988, and talking with psychologist,.. but,.. it's not helping. I just want my life back,.. but knowing it's impossible... just flattens me. 🙏🫶

That's a tough one. Reframing our life. Also, believe having a dog or cat helps. Depression and anxiety are best friends and can quickly take you down n keep u down. Medication helps me. Cognitive therapy helps too. World events also factor in feeling isolated and lonely. Just remember to love yourself. You'd be surprised how many people are suffering as you are.
