I bought this with the seven blades on a whim when it was on sale. I was surprised with all the things I could use it for. The spiral fries are so good. Takes just a few minutes to set it up, use it and take it down and clean. Makes quick work of what you're preparing. Makes cooking fun instead of a chore. Think about how long it would take to peel, core and slice each apple for making apple pie filling by hand. This does it in minutes and one cut down the apple and you're ready to make your pie filling.

LOVE mine. Thought I didn't need it, as I have the table top OXO one ( which works fine). Decided to try this since it peels and is motorized. It is better than my other one for sure! Peels my apples and potatoes perfectly, slices wonderfully, and the zucchini noodles were a bit firmer and held together better in my finished dish. No regrets.

This also fits on all Kenmore elite stand mixer models since they both were actually built by Whirlpool / kitchenaid.

Hope Kitchen Aid looks at their peeler and see what I see which is it doesn't peel properly whatsoever. It's so obvious that they don't focus on the peeling part because it doesn't work properly. The spiral blades seem to work as expected. Also, if your veggies aren't symmetrical, you'll have problems.

I purchased this for peeling Potatoes. Not happy with it. The Potatoes have to be like Baking Potatoes to fit the width between the Spiralizer and the Core where you puncture the potato.

Blades were bent upon opening box....spiralizer is cheaply made. Returning mine.
