More than two decades after their classic collaboration "Every Record Label Sucks Dick," legendary emcee R.A. The Rugged Man and iconic producer Buckwild are back with another powerful statement, in the form of R.A.'s new music video "Media Midgets". This time around, the target is broader: from TV producers to radio stations to government propaganda. "Society continues to be brainwashed and programmed," explains the Rugged Man. "They are told what to watch, what to wear, how to think, how to vote, who's lives are important and unimportant, what music and entertainment is relevant. The youth especially need to know that they are being programmed, and spoon fed another man's agenda. They have to think for themselves."
For the video, director Douglas Quill envisioned a dystopian, post-apocalyptic future where free thought and expression are dead. "It's basically society being programmed and turned into mass marketed puppets, until the truth teller shows up and flips the switch," says R.A. "That's when society revolts against the oppressive brain washing machine. I think it's deep but fun and super visual at the same time. This is my most ambitious, biggest, most cinematic video so far."

He always has had that dope flow ever since the first single Bloodshed, that album Never dropped BUT the single did and I had that tape on single and literally bumped it so hard I popped the tape lol one day I went to take it out the whip and it was all stuck inside I had to just rip it out then take out the rest that was still in the tape deck, thank God I recorded the music video even though it was obviously the clean version it was the last time I'd get to hear it until about 15 years later when the internet uploaded it also the whole album gets uploaded sometimes but always vanishes for some reason... It has a few legit classics like 50 thousand years C word with Biggy and every record label

This is REALLY different than what I thought the video for this song was going to be. I thought it would have been generic video of the rapper in front of the camera rapping the song, but this is amazing. I love what R.A. has been doing with music videos for this album. Yea, just goes to show how far-right we've all gotten. Joe Biden was picked to be Obama's running mate to appease the conservatives. Now that same dude is labeled as a "far-left commie?" Wild how insane and hyper-conservative America has become. But, picking between an old senile racist and a mule-kicked orange mental asylum patient(also racist), I'll take the senile old Joe any day.

@@sonofserpentine116 Bud, you're the deluded one. Check any spectrum of politics in any western civilized democracy, and you'll see that we are very right-wing in the US. Our left-most politicians would barely be centrists anywhere else in the world. It's not an opinion, it's a plain fact.

You're probably not old enough to remember Joe as a Senator, he'd drop N-Bombs in session, and in hearings. He didn't even care what anybody thought. He also gave the eulogy, at the funeral for the triple k's grand wizard.
