What a pleasant & informative video …I love your electric rice cooker & other utensils 👌🏻I live in Doha (Qatar 🇶🇦)& I’m diabetic -I buy brown rice , black rice , a lot of veggies and fruits & red poha (atukulu) but never heard of ‘raagi vermicelli’ .I will look for it ,I love vermicelli but I don’t eat because I’m diabetic!

The coffee utensil you used is not suitable for South Indian filter coffee. Because filter coffee has chicory added to it. The coffee needs to Streep for couple of minutes before you get the decoration. The utensil you used here is a crossover of pour over and V60, though it looks like V60 minus the filter. It won’t give you good coffee, because pour needs only pure coffee grounds and no added chicory. Also don’t use regular kettle to add water, you need to a goose neck kettle for vey gentle flow of water. Pour over requires patience and also you need to let the coffee bloom for couple of seconds after adding water initially. So for good filter coffee use the regular South Indian one for pour over use The various available ones. One last suggestion instead of ikea ‘s pour over like utensil, get a chemex..the taste will be so worth it
