桃膠雪耳糖水Peach Gum and Snow Fungus Soup (Dessert)
桃膠很有益處, 有豐富膠原蛋白, 可以抗衰老Peach gum is very beneficial, rich in collagen, and anti-aging
雪耳有止咳, 清熱, 解毒的功能, 所以這個糖水很有益 Snow fungus has the functions of relieving cough, clearing away heat, and detoxifying, so this dessert is very beneficial
材料有 桃膠三匙羹, 雪耳一朵, 紅棗, 蓮子, 龍眼肉, 杞子, 冰糖The ingredients include three spoons of peach gum, a white fungus, red dates, lotus seeds, longan meat, wolfberry, rock sugar
桃膠, 需要預先浸泡一整天Peach gum, need to be soaked all day in advance
三匙羹桃膠浸泡後, 會發脹, 變成一大湯碗After three tablespoons of peach gum soaked, it will swell and become a big soup bowl of peach gum
桃膠浸泡後, 要把裏面的雜質全部清除After the peach gum is soaked, all impurities inside must be removed
之後, 用清水沖洗三次After that, rinse three times with clean water
現在, 雜質已經全部清除Now, all the impurities have been removed
雪耳, 需要浸水一至兩小時Snow fungus, need to be soaked for one to two hours
用豆粉水清洗裏面的雜質Use soy flour water to clean impurities inside
用清水沖洗Rinse with clean water
把雪耳的底部黃色部分切除Cut off the bottom yellow part of the snow fungus
把雪耳拆成小塊Break the snow fungus into small pieces
蓮子, 需要浸水和去除蓮子芯, 因為蓮子芯是苦味For lotus seeds, you need to soak in water and remove the lotus core, because the lotus core is bitter
蓮子, 龍眼, 紅棗需要浸水一至兩小時, 及清洗乾淨Lotus seeds, longan, red dates need to be soaked for one to two hours and cleaned
把兩湯碗的水煮至沸騰Boil the water in two soup bowls until boiling
首先加入蓮子, 紅棗, 龍眼肉First add lotus seeds, red dates, and longan meat
然後加入雪耳Then add snow fungus
把蓋蓋上, 煮一小時Cover the lid and cook for an hour
一小時以後, 紅棗和蓮子已經軟熟, 雪耳變得爽脆After an hour, the red dates and lotus seeds have been soft and cooked, and the snow fungus has become crispy
加入桃膠Add peach gum
桃膠和杞子不適宜太早加入Peach gum and wolfberry are not suitable to be added too early
因為太早加入桃膠, 桃膠就會很容易溶化掉If the peach gum is added too early, it will melt away easily
加入桃膠, 杞子後, 大概再煮20分鐘After adding peach gum and wolfberry, cook for about 20 minutes
20分鐘後, 桃膠已經變軟After 20 minutes, the peach gum has become soft
加兩匙羹冰糖Add two spoons of rock sugar
試味Taste
若果未夠甜, 可以再加一匙羹冰糖If the soup is not sweet enough, you can add another spoonful of rock sugar
大功告成 ! You're done ! Yummy !
