Angie literally saved that entire family time and time again, and they killed her off. This one hurt man. She was honestly my favorite character on the show. We gotta remember that characters only know what they know, not what we the audience know. Now that she’s gone, the fire is missing from Power. RIP AUSA Angela Valdes. 😭😭😭

Firstly Angela has been straddling the fence since the beginning. She tried to arrest him in the hotel with lobos and was actually upset when he wasn't there. She also wore a wire to catch him and arrested him for Greg's murder and was complicit in him receiving the death penalty. Not to mention she told the crime scene unit about the bullet in the wall. She's been back and forth from the beginning. Only ones that stayed down was tasha and Proctor for the most part. Foh

Kat Lap All of those deaths tie back to Ghost and are literally because of of what James did though. Holly wanted to save them instead of Ghost and Tommy was too loyal to go through. James wanted Tommy to kill his dad, literally set it up so Tommy would. And Tommy went to kill James because he found out but Angela pushed James out of the way. All of those actions are on James just physically carried out through Tommy.

It was always meant to be a tragedy from the beginning like Shakespeare. Angie was right for Jamie, not for Ghost. Tasha was right for Ghost, not Jamie. The only W is he experienced two true loves in his life but he made all the wrong choices in the end.

Angela didn’t love Jaimie. She loved the power she had over him. She felt she was better than Tasha and loved that she had the power to take Jaime away from her and the power to ruin Jaimie if she chose to do so. She was power hungry and loved being able to manipulate him. She was also jealous of what Tasha had and wanted it because she felt she deserved it because she knew him first and she felt she was better than Tasha and Jaime. She didn’t care about him, his family or his kids. She deserved everything she got and it took too long to happen.

Side note: I'm curious if Ghost is going to kill Tasha (possibly for threatening to snitch on him later) because there was a preview scene of Angela telling Ghost (in a ghostly vision or dream I guess) that "HE WILL" After he said, "I didn't kill her". I feel like he would. I couldn't believe Tasha told Tommy that maybe he should die. Even Tommy was like.....Dannng Tasha. Lol
