Spinach - 1 cup
Methi - 1 cup
Spring Garlic - 1 cup
Spring Onion - 1 cup
Chopped 2 inch Ginger
Chopped 3 Green Chillies
Hing - 1/4 Tsp
Ajwain - 1 Tsp
Dhaniya Jeera Powder - 2 Tsp
Chaat Masala - 1/2 Tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp
Red Chilly Powder - 1 Tsp
Salt - 1 Tsp
Besan - 2 Cups
Rava - 1/4 Cup
3 Spoons Curd
Water - 5 spoons
TOMATO CHUTNEY:
Water for blanching - 2.5 Cups
Tomatoes - 4
Chop 2 Green Chillies, 1 inch ginger and 5 cloves Garlic
Oil - 3 Spoons
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Jeera - 1/2 Tsp
Dry Red Chilly - 1
Hing - 1/4 Tsp
Onion - 1/4 Cup
Red Chilly Powder - 1 Tsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp
Sugar - 1/4 Spoon
Water - 6 Spoons
