✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
Kadhi:
* Curd (दही) - 1+1/2 Bowl/300 Gram
* Gram Flour (बेसन) - 6 Tbsp
* Salt (नमक ) - 1+1/2 Tsp
* Crushed Red Chilli(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च) - 1/2 Tsp
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
* Water (पानी) - 1.5 litre
* Oil (तेल) - Serving Spoon
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Spoon
* Mustard seeds(सरसों) - 1/2 Spoon
* Fenugreek seeds(मेथी दाना) - 1/4Tsp
* Cloves(लौंग) - 5
* Fennel(सौंफ) - 1/2 Spoon
* Asafoetida (हींग ) - 1/4 Tsp
* Curry leaves (करी पत्ता) - Some
* Ginger(अदरक) - 1 Inch
* Green chili (हरी मिर्ची ) - 2-3
* Roasted Dried Fenugreek Leaves(भुनी हुई कसूरी मेथी) - 1 Spoon
Tadka:
* Ghee (घी) - 2 Tbsp
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Spoon
* Mustard seeds(सरसों) - 1/2 Spoon
* Dry red chilly (सूखी लाल मिर्च ) - 2 chilies
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
✍🏻RECIPE:
In a Big Bowl, Add Curd, Gram Flour, Salt, Crushed Red Chilli, and water mix it well & keep in side.Take a Pan, Put Oil, Cumin Seeds, Mustard seeds, Fenugreek seeds, Cloves, Fennel, Asafoetida, Curry leaves, Ginger, and Green Chili in it Mix it well Then add Gram Flour, Curd mixture in it. While constantly stirring, slowly add Water gradually. Ensure that there are no lumps. When it starts boiling cook them well Then put some Roasted Dried Fenugreek Leaves. & let the Kadhi simmer for 5 minutes.For Tadka, take a pan, put Ghee, Cumin Seeds, Mustard seeds, Dried Red Chilli & Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder & cook it. Then put the Tadka on the Kadhi. Serve hot Kadhi with Rice.
