Rajasthan ki famous Methi Gatte ki sabzi aur Masaaledaar Tikkad Roti banaane ki authentic aur traditional recipe :)
INGREDIENTS :
(HINDI)
===== मेथी के गट्टे =====
बेसन - १ कप
हल्दी पाउडर - १/४ + १/४ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया पाउडर - १/२ + २ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा - १/२ + १ छोटा चम्मच
अजवाइन - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १/२ + १ छोटा चम्मच
नमक - १/२ + १/२ छोटा चम्मच
खाद्य तेल - २ + २ चम्मच
मेथी - १ बंच
राई - १ छोटा चम्मच
हींग - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
हरी मिर्च - २, कटी हुई
अदरक - १/२ इन्च
कढी पत्ता - १० से १५ पत्ते
प्याज (बडा आकार) - १, कटा हुआ
गरम मसाला - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
अमचूर पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए)
===== टिक्कड =====
आटा - १ कप
बेसन - १/२ कप
मक्की का आटा - १/२ कप
नमक - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
देशी घी - २ चम्मच
धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए)
(ENGLISH)
===== Methi ke Gatte =====
Gramflour - 1 cup
Turmeric powder - ¼ + ¼ tsp
Coriander seeds powder - ½ + 2 tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp + 1 tsp
Ajwain - ½ tsp
Red Chilli powder - ½ + 1 tsp
Salt - ½ + ½ tsp
Edible Oil - 2 + 2 table spoon
Fenugreek leaves - 1 bunch
Black Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Green Chilli - 2, chopped
Ginger - ½ inch
Curry leaf - 10 to 15 leaves
Onion (big size) - 1, chopped
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Amchur powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped)

Wheat flour - 1 cup
Gramflour - ½ cup
Corn Atta - ½ cup
Salt - ¼ tsp
Desi Ghee - 2 table spoon
Coriander leaves (chopped)

Hello Team Papa Mummy Kitchen. I’ve never learnt any cooking at home and then married and moved away from home. I’ve learnt so many recipes from you. It reminds me of my childhood days. I’m from Kota Rajasthan but now I live abroad. I have a request please. My grandmother used to make a broad beans recipe in the winter with sesame seeds.
