Today I will prepared রাঙা আলুর পান্তুয়া. It is very easy and simple process. For, your better understanding I have written the process in the below in English.
For sugar syrup:
Sugar 1 cup,
Water 1 cup.
Boiled for 10 minutes.
For sweet:
Boiled sweet potato 250gm,
Wheat flour 2 tablespoon,
Baking powder 1 pinch,
Crashed black cardamom seeds 1/2 teaspoon,
Ghee 1 tablespoon,
Milk powder 1/4 cup,
Suji 4 tablespoon.
White oil for deep fring.
