【二米炊烟】Taro Dumpling 用又大又糯的芋頭，做一道神奇的美食

I planted two kinds of taro this year, and I hoarded some at home before the winter.
I didn’t want to throw the taro sticks, so I made taro sticks into sour kimchi.
As for how to eat taro, there are too many ways:
Roast Chicken with Taro, Taro Balls, Taro with Meat, Taro Rice...
Want a different way of eating, have you tried taro dumplings?

芋桿沒捨不得扔，腌成了酸芋桿
至於芋頭的吃法，實在太多了
什麼芋兒雞，芋圓，芋頭扣肉，芋頭飯.....

The best way to teach a child is by letting them help - your son is going to be so thankful to you when he's older and capable of doing and making so many things

I have those plants, here in NY they're called Elephant Ears. They're Beautiful, and grow up to about 5-6 ft. but I Would Never think about eating the stems, roots or Any part of them lol. I dig up the root bulbs and keep them in my garage wrapped in newspaper in a box to replant in the spring 😁
