ingredients:-
2 kg noodles for boiling
1 onion
1 carrot
1/2 cabbage
1/2 capsicum
1/2+1/2 red yellow capsicum
salt to taste
4 no eggs
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp aromate powder
1/2 tsp black pepper crush
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp dark soya sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
chinese cabbage
pok chai
spring onion
