Happy 1st Anniversary to all R151 trains!

During the evening peak hours, the 23rd R151, which has been confirmed to be 853/854, made its debut on the EWL on this very day! What a HUGE coincidence to have a new R151 train debut just in time for the 1st year anniversary!!!🥳🎉With that, I definitely cannot wait for 813/814 to make its debut run on EWL as the 24th R151!

Happy R151 825/826 anniversary

Today on 4 June, 207/208 (my favourite SIE) decides to visit the North South Line while 839/840 (first debuted NSL R151).continues running to celebrate the R151 first anniversary (shows the resilience that this SIE has put after 29 years, and now running one year with R151 trains!) which would marked the first time ever (of the NSL history since 1987) that all 7 train models (including KHI, KNS and C151C) are present on the NSL! The R151 trains have loud (just like KNS trains) and clearer / updated announcements while still retaining the general chimes (as of today) for all stations which is really good for recording ‘’in-train’’ announcements. This model is really our ‘lifesaver’ model to the NSEWL, without it I don’t think the reliability of the two lines is going to improve much
