Installing the ‪@CTSTurbo‬ charge pipe noise maker delete / generator delete cleaned up the engine bay a little and smoothed airflow. It also has a bung for a methanol injection nozzle. I’m looking forward to hearing and feeling what the combination of new parts does for the N14 Cooper S Turbo Mini. This will fit the N14 and N18 R55 R56 R57 R58 R59 R60 and R61. As always, the ‪@harborfreight‬ tools made the job much easier. Also I love that‪@AlpinestarsVideos‬ hoodie!

Just purchased a MTC one. Had to change my Vanos Solenoid so thought might as well do the charge pipe mod seeing as all the OEM pipes were already out. How much of a difference does this make to the sound?

I did it along with hot side and intercooler from CTS Turbo. Together, it sounds angry. I like it.

Do you just leave the hole exposed where the noise was fed to the cabin?

Yes. I had that same question, there isn’t an actual hole there. If there was, it would be a massive boost leak.

No, you’re good. There’s not actually a hole there.

@recklesslyfestyle sorry I mean. Basically on the pipe kit I got there Is a bolt hole for the intake pipe. I've currently just plugged it

What kit did you buy? The CTS Turbo kit has a threaded hole for adding methanol injection. Is that the kind of hole you mean?

I need to find one, cant pass emissions in CA with delete. Any keep their old parts?

That’s crazy. California emissions are ridiculous, these aren’t emissions related. I threw mine away.
