I definitely know that the R62AS has a Target wrap . What set you have caught on the Pelham 6 line a couple of days.?

Yes they did ran on the 5' trains including the R62AS from the Pelham 6 line back in the 90s and 80s . Another thing I'm gonna tell you this. The R62AS used to run on the 3 Broadway line before the R62AS where sent to the 7 Flushing line for a replacements of the old Redbirds. Like you said the R142/As got replaced by the Redbirds on the 4 5 6 2 lines. In 2014 the R142As where sent from the Pelham 6 line to the 7 Flushing line for CBTCS and the R62AS were sent back to the 6 Pelham line. The 6/7 Flushing lines has to swapped there old fleets and New fleets . The rest of the r142As from the Pelham 6 line were sent to the 4 Jerome Ave line. I used to ride the R62/as on the 5 trains from the 4/6 lines . I'm just letting you know.

R62 are at least 40 years old

This is just a question. Would it be possible to run tracks on the Verazono bridge to finally connect Staten island to the rest of the system ? I know it was proposed prior to the bridge being built but that's was nixed by greedy and corrupt politicians that had no interest in public transportation.

IF the MTA would of fought Robert mosses and governor LaGuardia to keep the 8 Thrid Ave Elevated line running. I gerrente you the R62AS would definitely have to replace all the R12 R14s on the 8 Thrid Ave Elevated 6

The R62AS R62S is definitely, Holding it down just like the R32S.

It also would be nice for a new subway iRT lines runs across white stone Birdge and throggs neck Bridge.

Also the 8 Thrid Ave Elevated line back where it was all aswell.
