আপুনি কোৱা খিনি বাইদেউ মই সদাই কৰোঁ। মই সদায় জীৰা পানী খাওঁ পুৱাই, তাৰ পাছত Almond, kismis আৰু গজি মগু খাও। সদায় এইয়া মোৰ ৰুটিন । ময় দিনৰ ৮ ঘণ্টা খাই ১৬ ঘণ্টা পানী খাই কতাও। মোক সকলোৱে হাঁহে সেইবাবে। দিনৰ ৫ বজাত খোৱা শেষ কৰোঁ। মই ৰাতি পানীৰ বাহিৰে একো নাখাও

Ma'am ৰাতিপুৱা ১মগ কূহুমীয়া গৰম পানীৰে thyroid ৰ ঔষধ খাই ব্যায়াম,প্ৰানায়ম কৰো।তাৰ পিছত গাজি বুট ,মগু কেচা বাদাম অলপ খাও। breakfast কৰো চিৰা গাখীৰ ,ৰুটি আৰু তেল নিদিয়াকৈ ভাজি খাও।আমি পৰিয়ালটোৱে তেল খোৱা বাদেই দিছোঁ অৱশ্যে মাছ তেলত ভাঁজি য়ে খাও।

A glass of hot water. Busy with in cleaning house. After that take a cup of tea mixed with Green tea Ginger Dalsini Long and Elasi. Do Exercise for 40 mts. After exercise take Poita Bhat as Breakfast. I am 67 years. Enjoy good health.
