It's a remake of the Telugu classic movie magadheerA, an ss rajamouli movie. Telugu movie lead pairs resembling as Indian warriors but in Hindi they are showing leads as some foreign tribals close to Hollywood movies . I don't know why? are we not proud of our way of living, if yes then it's a shame on behalf of Hindi film industry.

They might be Indian tribals too.. We don't know exactly how the tribals dressed - there were so many tribes - let's wait and watch before passing judgement.

In magadheera, the element that gets them together is the hands touching because they fall from the top in the past after that epic fight that you guys watched but in raabta, they changed that element to a kiss. So in the same way every element is modernized but the basic plot and screenplay is definitely magadheera.. So 9/10 is my rating in terms of similarity

Im 90% sure coz the shots in the trailer seems a little similar to that of magadhera The story , what we can actually see in the trailer is more like magadheera But we cannot judge that the movie is completely dumped or copied by just watching the trailer We need to watch the movie before we come to a conclusion So....the remaining 10%....im not sure.

Rabtaa is totally different from magadheera. Please don't correlate them. Rabtaa movie some scenes are same from magadheera but not all scenes. The entry of villain is different after reincarnation. Understand it guys.

the plot looks similar. but, in hindi i think sushant is villain in flashback and the other guy is the lover and roles reverse in present time. maybe they are inspired by magadheera. i would say 70% similarities between them. no one can remake magadheera as the good as the original. rajamouli & keeravani Magic

If you watch the whole film, only then you will know how much of a ripoff it is. The fact is, they are removing all the comments of people referring magadheera on their official trailer video. seems fishy right!

some shit people say this is copy but its not if it is then why villen (we are assume new actor) is died in the hand of kriti @ 1.45 look carefully in maghadheera hero and heroine died but here the scene is totally different .I don't understand only epic is not made by SS Rajamauli sir other people can do the same may be better than him but people cannot get that chance.

It is too early to say that raabta is a copy of magadheera.Just because few scenes have looked similar in the trailer you can't call it a copy.It may be a co-incidence the makers of raabta may have done it by themselves but it appeared a bit similar to magadheera which they have not noticed, but there is no dught that Kriti and Sushant are far better actors than Kajal and Ram.KS and SSR had a lot of scenes high of different kinds of emotions which is not easy to carry out but they did it with perfection.They are the next legendary actors in the making for bollywood.Ram only shown his anger and some comic sense he is nowhere near to SSR's level of acting.And kriti is a 1000 times better actress than kajal.

hi Bhav and Sim. I'm a telugu viewer. I think that 35%-40% story is copied from Magadheera. Magadheera is one of my favourites. I can say that this is not an official remake. Because as i said only 40% of the story is true. So they cant remake a movie with 40%. The base storyline of Magadheera can be seen in this trailer.

There are many scenes which are similar to Magadheera.. Story could be different but looks like on the whole, movie is inspired by Magadheera.. But trailers could be deceptive at times..

It's not a remake of rip off of Magadheera. Looks like you guys didn't properly watch the Raabta trailer. I seriously don't understand why you guys especially Bhav are throwing so much shade towards Sushant. You both very not judging it from an objective perspective. In stead of defending it any further the movie will speak for itself on June 9. It will be a hit. And Bhav if you are so disgusted by this how come you didn't have the spine to call out mediocre movies like Befikre, Half-girlfriend, Aeh dil Hai mushkil, etc? Hypocrite much?

I follow this Channel because they give HONEST reviews. I would Suggest watch the trailer reaction of all the Above mentioned Movies on this channel as this is the Only channel which bashed Befikre, Half-girlfriend , Sarabjit and udta punjab etc. (Without Worrying About the view Count like all others )

If Bhav and Sim or you had seen Raabta trailer properly, Sushant's look in the film is nothing like Magadheera hero. Also we don't know if Sushant and Kriti were lovers in past life. Cuz there is one scene in the movie trailer where she is crying and screaming over the villain's dead body in past life. Did that happen in Magadheera? You people didn't bother watching the trailer properly and all you guys did was spread random hate on Sushant. RAABTA received a lot of love too on Twitter than trolling but no one cares to mention that. And Bhav and Sim praised that crap movie AE dil Hai mushkil and even Half girlfriend was rated higher than Raabta. Sushant and Kriti were offered Half girlfriend before Arjun and Shraddha. Do you honestly think they would choose Raabta if it was worse than Half girlfriend. I request all of you kindly to please do some basic research before trying to spread B.S! Thank you.

Nikita Mohan mam actually sushant is so arrogant how can people love such arrogant actors he thinks that he is a superstar now.even dhoni was superhit because of great indian cricket team captain dhoni.south indian actors are so down to earth and have calm nature too that's why i love them and iam not south indian

Aditya Danade Sushant has said in at least 12 interviews that Dhoni film got the opening because of Dhoni and because they had a good director like Neeraj. Not once did he take credit for the success and they never threw even 1 success party. You people are so ignorant it's not even funny. Just ridiculous.

& Raabta was not a copy of Aditya Danade Magadheera they proved it. Yes the movie wasn't perfect especially 2nd half but still much much better than Befikre & Half girlfriend! +BhavandSim have lost a lost a lot of respect and credibility after this.
