It's not everyday you get to represent your country at running, but this was one of those days where i got to represent England Masters vs Wales Masters at the Great Manchester Half marathon 2024.
Following last years EPIC 6 week period where i qualified at England Masters at all three distances of 10K, Half Marathon and Marathon distances, which apparently is as rare as hens teeth, i finally got to race the Half Marathon representative race on a wet spring day in Manchester.
