It's Race Week! Stoked to share this time with you as I prep for the BIG DANCE! My greatest hope going into this race is that I stay patient and remain a student. I have four, 200 mile races this year so kicking it off with Cocodona 250 is going to be an all around rookie adventure!

Sally you have a heart of pure gold. How beautiful it is that you are not just taking care of your needs, but you are so thoughtfully making sure your DH is well fed and rested too. ❤ You are truly an inspiration and I will be praying God will honor all of your hard work and that you will feel His presence every mile, knowing He will give you strength when u call upon Him! ProMeal Bars for the win Sally! You clued me into them. So last year for Cocodona I ate one bar before each of the big climbs. My pacer made sure I did, and it helped me crush those climbs. You've got this!

The Very Best Wishes to You! Get the best out of this adventure. ... and much resilience to got through the pain caves. I will follow the Lives and look forward to your race film. Stay hard! An important hint for you: At the moment I watch the talk with Elle Spacek. And it seems you are interested in using her experience with mint tea. Peppermint tea looses its advantages if you overdo it. But this is not the case with African Mint or other mint species.
