I watch this audition all the time. I wish the US where I live had judges like these. I mean, sure, the judges here stand up and clap and all that, but these judges along with others such as on AGT really, really respect talent and really want to show how much they enjoy it. Standing up on tables, cheering, dancing along, etc; it's so much more laid back than US.
